(NYSE:TSLX) (“TSL” or “the “Company”) today announced the pricing of an underwritten secondary public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock by certain of its existing stockholders (the “Selling Stockholders”) at a public offering price of $18.63 per share. In connection with the offering, the Selling Stockholders also granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of common stock. No shares of the Company’s common stock were sold by the Company, and it will not receive any proceeds from this offering. The closing of the offering is subject to customary closing conditions and the shares are expected to be delivered on or about August 11, 2014.
