DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Excentus Corporation announced on August 1, 2014, that Brandon Logsdon has been named Chief Executive Officer in addition to his role as President, and G. Randy Nicholson has been named Chairman of the Board.

G. Randy Nicholson, President of AutoGas, is the inventor of several of the patents previously acquired by Excentus. Mr. Nicholson has been a board member of the Company since September 2008.
