Hudson, who stars in the national TV commercial promoting the Chips Ahoy! Blizzard Treat, bantered with fans and gave away Chips Ahoy! Blizzard Treats. The Dairy Queen® system, a Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE: BRK.A and BRK.B) company, is partnering with Chips Ahoy! as part of the 50th anniversary celebration of the famous chocolate chip cookie.
This marks the first time Chips Ahoy! has partnered with a quick-service restaurant (QSR) system to offer a product with the famous cookie. Now available at participating Dairy Queen and DQ Grill & Chill restaurants nationwide and throughout the month of August, the new Chips Ahoy! Blizzard Treat is a delicious blend of Chips Ahoy! chocolate chip cookies, chocolaty topping, choco chunks and creamy DQ® vanilla soft serve.
