Among his primary responsibilities, Hope will focus on PFG operations and procurement. He also will oversee the company’s internal initiative to strengthen operational best practices.
Hope joins PFG after serving in various executive leadership roles during his 26-year career with Sysco Corporation, based in Houston. He initially joined Sysco’s staff as a Corporate Financial Analyst in 1987. Hope then served in several financial and sales leadership positions before being named President and CEO of the Kansas City operating company in 2000. He was promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2007 and then to Executive Vice President of Business Transformation in 2010, his most recent position before joining PFG.
Hope earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas in Austin. He is a former board trustee of the National Restaurant Association and has played key roles with the United Way in Houston.
