CONCORD, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cleveland, Waters and Bass, P.A., today announces that Tenley P. Callaghan has joined the firm as Senior Attorney.
Tenley has over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, primarily representing lenders in loan transactions. For the past twelve years, she has been title attorney for Horizon Settlement Services, preparing loan and closing documents and conducting closings for clients throughout New Hampshire and northern New England.
Tenley is member of the City of Concord Board of Ethics and has served as a Director and Officer of the Concord Public Library Foundation.
Tenley is a member of the New Hampshire bar. She earned a B.A in Economics from Vassar College and a J.D. from Villanova Law School.
