KALAMAZOO, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GCA Education Services, a division of GCA Services Group, Inc., a leading national provider of facility services, was recently awarded a contract by Western Michigan University to provide custodial services for its resident halls, kitchens, and dining commons. The 20 facilities under contract encompass nearly 700,000 square feet of total space.
Western Michigan University, the fourth largest research university in Michigan, has nearly 25,000 students and more than 3000 faculty and staff members.
After completing an extensive Request for Proposal (RFP) process, in which numerous facility services providers were considered, Western Michigan University selected GCA, based on its outstanding record of service to higher education institutions throughout the United States.
