SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ServiceNow (NYSE:NOW), the enterprise IT cloud company, today announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Neebula Systems for approximately $100 million in an all-cash transaction that is expected to close this month.
