AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kyle Hemminger has joined the Austin office of the specialty investment banking and mortgage banking firm Lancaster Pollard as vice president. He will be responsible for clients in Central and West Texas, including the cities of Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, and El Paso, and will oversee the structuring and funding of health care project financings for hospitals and senior living providers in the region. Previously, he was a senior associate at the firm’s headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
“We are investing more resources into Texas,” said Lancaster Pollard Managing Director Steve Kennedy, who manages the firm’s South Central Region. “Kyle has developed an expertise in financing health care and senior living projects, including being our lead associate on several complex financings in Texas. Additionally, his work ethic, dependability and leadership are second to none, due in part to him being a West Point graduate and veteran. As our newest investment banker in Texas, he will enable us to even better serve the state’s health care providers, helping them refinance their existing debt, financing acquisitions and fund their expansions, renovations and other strategic capital projects.”
Lancaster Pollard has provided a full range of capital funding solutions to the senior living, health care and affordable housing sectors since its inception in 1988. The firm has one of the largest groups of financial professionals dedicated to health care in the country, with regional offices in Atlanta, Austin, Columbus, Kansas City, Los Angeles and Philadelphia. Lancaster Pollard is the number one HUD Lean lender for seniors housing for the past four years in addition to being named five times to the prestigious Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing U.S. companies.
Since joining the firm in 2011, Hemminger has focused his efforts on the analysis of hospitals and senior living organizations, providing support on a range of bond transactions and mortgage loans for construction and refinance projects totaling more than $360 million. He has a thorough understanding of the various financing structures available through bond financing, bank financing, HUD-FHA, Fannie Mae and USDA programs.
Hemminger has a master’s degree in business administration from The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University in Columbus.
