Sitel to Hire 215 New Employees at Saint John Customer Experience Centre

Excellence in Customer Care Leads to Additional Jobs for New Brunswick

SAINT JOHN,New Brunswick--()--Sitel, a leading global customer care provider, today announced that it is actively expanding its contact centre in Saint John. The company will hire 215 new team members to support a large Canadian manufacturer of household products and an expanding U.S. cable television client. The newly hired Saint John associates will provide inbound technical support and customer care.

Sitel will hold an open house job fair on July 17 at its contact centre in the Loch Lomond Mall, 120 McDonald Street, suite A in Saint John.
