Roadrunner Transportation Systems Announces Presidents for Its Three Business Segments; Completes Executive Management Team Reorganization

CUDAHY, Wis.--()--Roadrunner Transportation Systems, Inc. (NYSE: RRTS) today announced the appointment of a president for each of its three business segments. Grant Crawford joins Roadrunner as President of the company’s Less-than-Truckload (LTL) segment, Patrick McKay has been promoted to President of Truckload Logistics (TL) and Kevin Charlebois has been promoted to President of Transportation Management Solutions (TMS). The three new segment presidents will report to Brian van Helden, Chief Operating Officer (COO).

These appointments complete the reorganization of Roadrunner’s executive management team, a transition that began in January 2014 with the promotion of van Helden to COO. Other executive officers are Mark DiBlasi, President and Chief Executive Officer, Brian van Helden, Chief Operating Officer and Peter Armbruster, Chief Financial Officer.

“We are very pleased to announce the addition of Grant and the expanded roles of Kevin and Pat on our senior leadership team,” said DiBlasi. “This announcement is a significant milestone in the company’s history and reflects the substantial growth we have experienced over the past several years, both through acquisitions and organic growth. Our executive management team is positioned to continue driving the company forward as we work to become a leading multi-billion dollar transportation provider.”
