PASADENA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cachet Financial Services announces that it has extended its transmission deadline to 6:00 pm PT, effective July 1, 2014. Cachet’s previous transmission cut-off time was 5:00 pm PT. The extension is in line with the company’s mission to expand their solutions and services, strengthening the company’s overall product line and commitment to continued innovation.
The extended processing time relieves the end of day rush to transmit ACH files. The later cut-off time will also help clients avoid post-deadline processing and handling fees, “We don’t want any clients to have to rush when processing their transactions,” said Hanan Succar, Director of Operations. “By extending the processing window to six o’clock, our clients have more time to ensure that their files are error-free. Our customers on the West Coast will find this extension the most useful.”
With the excitement of allowing more transaction time, comes note that customer service and technical support hours will remain without change. Those hours will remain from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday excluding Federal Holidays.
“This adjustment will greatly enhance Cachet’s competitive position in the marketplace,” said Aberash Asfaw, President of Cachet. “Many of our competitors have similar processing hours, and this was an area where we noticed we could improve. We worked with our sponsor bank to adjust the transmission deadline, and are now passing it on to our clients. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our client services.”
Cachet Financial Services has been an innovator in the payroll payments marketplace since 2001 and continually works with clients to create value-added services. Cachet is experiencing rapid growth and expects several additional ancillary services to launch in the second half of 2014.
