WHAT:

Second public ride-and-drive event of “Experience Electric — The Better Ride,” an electric vehicle (EV) awareness campaign designed to increase EV adoption by offering free test drives at dozens of public venues throughout the Bay Area. Manufacturers slated for the Berkeley event include Chevrolet, Ford, Honda, Nissan, smart and others. Next scheduled event in Fremont, Aug. 9.
