PHILADELPHIA & SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SolomonEdwards, a national professional services firm, announced today the appointment of industry veteran Milissa Ales-Barnicoat as Chief Sales Officer. In this newly created role, Ms. Ales-Barnicoat will support all lines of business by creating and executing business opportunities that maximize revenue and attract and retain new clients.

Ms. Ales-Barnicoat, who will focus initially on the organization’s Business Consulting practice, will lead the charge to identify, evaluate, develop and negotiate business opportunities. She will have responsibility over the entire sales organization.
Ms. Ales-Barnicoat has more than 20 years of experience leading multi-tier teams at both growth stage and enterprise level companies. Prior to joining SolomonEdwards, she served as Senior Vice President of International Sales and Account Management for Adecco Group. She also held senior sales positions at Akraya, Inc., Aquent, Globalign Inc., and Manpower Inc.
