The CMCA recognizes individuals who have demonstrated the fundamental knowledge required to manage community associations.

Payton started as an administrative assistant and quickly worked her way up to become a portfolio manager. Her contagious energy, attention to detail and outstanding customer service skills make her an asset to her boards of directors.
Prior to working at MAMCO, Popoli’s 20 year career as a PGA professional and golf course superintendent prepared him for community management. He has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of facility management that has proven to be invaluable to his community.
Scull has been with the company since August of 2012. After starting as an assistant manager he has transitioned into portfolio manager. He brings a strong financial background and keen problem solving skills to the team.
