NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tremor Video, Inc. (NYSE:TRMR), an advertising technology company elevating brand performance across all screens for the world’s leading brands and publishers, today announced Paul Caine, Global Chief Revenue Officer of Bloomberg Media, has joined its Board of Directors. In this capacity, he will also serve on the Board’s Audit Committee.

A seasoned media and advertising executive, Mr. Caine was appointed Global Chief Revenue Officer for Bloomberg Media in June. He oversees Bloomberg’s advertising sales and marketing efforts worldwide, while pursuing innovative revenue models, opportunities in new markets, and new business development strategies as part of Bloomberg’s new consumer media strategy. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of WestwoodOne, Inc., the largest independent national audio media company in the US.
Prior to WestwoodOne, Mr. Caine served in numerous executive roles over the course of a 23-year career at Time Inc. Most recently, serving as EVP, Chief Revenue Officer and Group President of Time Inc., where he oversaw the company’s multi-media advertising sales and marketing efforts. In this role, he introduced a global advertising strategy for the company, including a series of new digital ad platforms that used proprietary data and technology partnerships to provide advertisers with greater access to and engagement with consumers across all media platforms. During his tenure at Time Inc., Mr. Caine also served as Publisher of People, Entertainment Weekly and Teen People.
