(the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 4,480,000 shares of its common stock, consisting of 4,000,000 shares which will be sold by the Company and 480,000 shares which will be sold by certain stockholders of the Company, at a price of $23.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on June 18, 2014 under the symbol "CCS." The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 672,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is expected to close on June 23, 2014, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
