Promethean’s newest board members – Judy Verses, president of global enterprise and education at Rosetta Stone Inc., and Jackie Yeaney, executive vice president of strategy and corporate marketing at Red Hat Inc. – help build upon its efforts to develop innovative tools and techniques that help teachers motivate students and ultimately, enhance student achievement.

Prior to Rosetta Stone, Verses was president and chief client officer of Blackboard Inc., where she was in charge of global sales and marketing. She has also held several senior leadership positions at Verizon, launching innovative new products.

Before her time at Red Hat, Yeaney held several chief marketing officer roles at companies including PGi (a global communications company), EarthLink Inc., and HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation. She was also managing director of consumer marketing at Delta Air Lines.
