Scott's 25 years of experience as a pharmacy leader and healthcare executive enables him to bring significant depth of knowledge to clients. With this experience, Scott helps his clients address challenges they are facing in today’s complex, evolving, and dynamic competitive healthcare landscape. Areas of expertise include regulatory compliance, operational improvement, and large supply chain and utilization savings. He is also an expert in 340B program implementation, expansion, and regulatory compliance.
As a consultant with significant depth of expertise, Scott has led pharmacy practice projects that have saved clients millions of dollars in both labor and non-labor costs while ensuring quality pharmaceutical care. Scott’s success comes from his solid track record of adopting and integrating technology into the hospital system in order to improve medication safety.

Prior, as Director of Pharmacy, Los Angeles Department of Health Services, Scott saved millions of dollars in pharmaceutical costs through improved supply contracts, optimal utilization management, and implementation of operational efficiencies. As a Vice President at City of Hope National Medical Center, he led a high-performing and cost-effective pharmacy practice, chaired the revenue cycle team, and directed revenue collection improvements resulting in dramatically reduced denials. Scott has also overseen regulatory compliance for multiple licensing and accrediting agencies, including the Department of Health Services, the Joint Commission, the College of American Pathologists, the American College of Surgeons, and the State Board of Pharmacy.
Scott attained his Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of Southern California and his Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a Registered Pharmacist in the State of California.
