The agreement coincides with the company’s plans to aggressively broaden its services into the international hospitality marketplace.

Thomas is currently VP of Culture and Learning at SGEi, a cutting edge, global consulting and training group considered one of the most innovative and cutting-edge designers of service cultures and learning experiences. He leads the implementation of corporate cultures, human resource systems and the development and delivery of learning experiences.
Prior to joining SGEi, Thomas was VP of Learning, Culture and Recruitment with the Denihan Hospitality Group, where he assisted in the launch of The James hotel brand and The Surrey. He helped launch W Hotels as Corporate Director of Training and Brand Standards. He was also with The Waldorf=Astoria and The New York Palace Hotels. Thomas has consulted on customer experience management initiatives for clients such as the National Parks Service, Six Flags Theme Parks, Live Nation, Quest Diagnostics, Sol Melia Hotels, the Gramercy Park Hotel and Falling Rock Resort, which earned AAA’s Five-Diamond Award in its first year of operation.
