The appointment of Burson-Marsteller is part of Rezidor’s commitment to implement an integrated communications strategy and strengthen its reputation across EMEA as a rising leader within the hospitality industry. The integrated communications strategy will focus on developing powerful and consistent stories for the group’s brands and creating a strong corporate story for the company as a whole.
To support the Rezidor Hotel Group’s decentralization journey in EMEA, the Burson-Marsteller and Rezidor core teams in Brussels will work closely with area teams to drive centrally coherent and regionally relevant communications activities and campaigns. Key support areas will include corporate communications, brand marketing, crisis communications, internal communications, social and digital activities and media relations for both the corporate brand and the group’s hotel brands, which include Radisson Blu, Park Inn by Radisson, the Quorvus Collection and Radisson Red.
