IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Greg Albert has been promoted to president of the Construction Division of the SARES-REGIS Group as the company announced the retirement of Bill Albert, who headed the division for 15 years.

Greg Albert joined the company in 1998 and has been managing day-to-day operations to ensure all SRG and third-party projects meet SRG’s exacting standards for quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
Bill Albert joined the company in 1995. He was named division president in 1999 and “provided superb leadership, great wisdom and knowledge over the years,” Stack said, adding that he will continue to advise on a variety of matters through next June.
As senior vice president in the division, Greg Albert has overseen budgets, personnel, contracting and construction matters for a mix of construction projects throughout Southern California. Albert has managed the design, development and construction of 7,000 units. He has experience in executing various product types including podium construction with subterranean parking, wrap style, garden style, as well as deep rehab and renovation projects. In addition, he has successfully completed numerous for rent, for sale, condominium conversion, LEED targeted, affordable, bank-owned distressed assets, as well as senior citizen targeted projects.
Greg Albert is a California State licensed General Contractor. He is involved with the local chapters of the Building Industry Association and Urban Land Institute.
