Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. Declares Second Quarter 2014 Dividends

LOS ANGELES--()--Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) (NYSE: HPP) announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.125 per share for the second quarter of 2014. The dividend will be paid on June 30, 2014 to stockholders of record on June 20, 2014.

In addition, the Board of Directors also declared a dividend for the second quarter of 2014 on its 8.375% Series B Cumulative Preferred Stock of $0.52344 per share. The dividend will be paid on June 30, 2014 to stockholders of record on June 20, 2014.
