The customer chose Kofax because it offers the flexibility to create and deploy multiple consumer-friendly mobile capture applications while leveraging a single platform and offering advanced reporting and analytics to provide insight into how the solution is being used.
The customer currently uses Kofax to automate its mailroom and mortgage processes. The investment in Kofax Mobile Capture Platform will enable it to seamlessly integrate all of these solutions to improve operational efficiencies and increase customer engagement.
