Advance Services, Inc. Celebrates 20 Years of Growth

Nebraska Company Fulfills Staffing Needs Throughout the United States

OMAHA, Neb.--()--Advance Services, Inc., a leading staffing service company headquartered in the Midwest, is proud to announce its 20th anniversary this month. Opened in 1994 by Paul Sandall, Advance Services boasts clients throughout the United States, including 50 of the current Fortune 500 companies, and serves those clients from 52 offices across the country and Puerto Rico.

Advance Services has spent the last 2 decades fulfilling temporary and full-time staffing needs for a wide range of organizations in varied industries. The company’s employees cover a full spectrum: from entry-level to seasoned professionals. According to Sandall, service was the company’s strategy from the beginning and Advance Services has succeeded based on developing and following its proprietary staffing model.

“In recent years, we have had to adapt to a changing employment environment and workforce,” Sandall said. “It’s been a challenge, but we have handled it successfully. In 2014, we face further challenges in employment due to the Affordable Health Care Act. It’s all part of our business and the changing environments force us to be at the top of our game.”

Advance Services annual sales volume exceeds $120 million. In addition to the 180 staff employees, the company assigns between 4,000 to 6,000 employees to work at their client’s facilities every week.

“It all comes down to putting together the right team,” Sandall said. “When you all can see the goal and work together to achieve it, that’s what makes our business work. That, and we really are changing the staffing industry every day. We’re small enough to build lasting relationships with our clients, but we’re large enough to structure our services to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.”
