Eccentex Announces Integration With Box to Power Dynamic Case Management

New Integration Delivers Comprehensive Case Management and Better Content Sharing and Collaboration in the Cloud

LOS ANGELES--()--Eccentex Corporation, a leading provider of platform-as-a-service (PaaS) applications for dynamic case management (DCM), today announced a new integration with Box. The integration combines the comprehensive case management platform from Eccentex AppBase with Box to enable businesses in highly regulated industries to securely share and collaborate on their content from a centralized location.

“Joining forces with Box gives Eccentex tighter integration with an advanced content collaboration solution, while enabling Box to meet the needs of more enterprises with a well-established case management platform,” said Glen Schrank, CEO of Eccentex. “It’s a win-win scenario for customers.”

Eccentex will offer its customers a configuration of AppBase with Box fully integrated in the platform. Documents attached to a case in AppBase will be automatically synchronized in Box without ever leaving the program, while documents uploaded to Box will appear in the case through AppBase. Additionally, AppBase users will have access to all of the leading file sharing, editing and collaboration features in Box.

“Bringing together the best technologies to deliver comprehensive solutions is at the heart of our partnership program,” said Os Haque, managing director, global alliances at Eccentex. “Box is a pioneer in its space, and we are thrilled to join forces to offer a much-needed all-in-one solution for our highly regulated client base.”

Eccentex’s applications are document-centric by design, with some built-in document management tools. The integration with Box will take that effort to the next level for Eccentex customers by providing out-of-the-box support for content sharing and collaboration. The combined Eccentex-Box case management and collaboration application is available to customers now.
