STOCKHOLM--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News:
Svenska Spel has chosen Cybercom (STO:CYBE) and its Compliance Portal service for its information security. A three-year contract has been signed for the portal and services.
"AB Svenska Spel is certified in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001, WLA and PCI DSS, and as part of efforts to strengthen our internal controls we are now implementing system support for compliance. It will be exciting to get to work on this, and Cybercom's portal meets our needs in order to succeed," says Jörgen Myhlén, Head of Group Security, AB Svenska Spel.
"We have worked with Svenska Spel for a long time, and we are very pleased that they have also entrusted us with this assignment. We see it as affirmation that Cybercom is at the forefront when it comes to modern management of information security," says Niklas Flyborg, President and CEO, Cybercom.
Cybercom's Compliance Portal service is an innovative GRC tool that includes security governance. The solution makes existing regulations interactive and also offers functions for risk and response analysis.
"We are very much looking forward to working with Svenska Spel, which has very high standards for its information security. The greatest GRC challenge currently lies in transparency and management of complexity, both technically and operationally. Svenska Spel will now have system support for managing information security risk and compliance, just as accountants have accounting systems," says Bengt Berg, security specialist, Cybercom.
