Scottrade’s New Advertising Campaign to Show “Our Passion is to Power Yours”

New campaign highlights the motivations of investors and traders

ST. LOUIS--()--Today, Scottrade, Inc., a leading investing company, launched a new advertising campaign capturing the emotions that inspire and motivate investors and traders. The campaign features four TV spots focusing on the theme “Our Passion is to Power Yours.” The campaign will be supported by print and online advertising in leading national and finance-focused outlets.

“We recognize clients have different motivations for investing,” said Kim Wells, Scottrade’s chief marketing and digital officer. “We wanted to demonstrate the concepts of passion and the partnership we have with our clients in a unique way that will distinguish Scottrade in a very competitive marketplace.”

Scottrade’s client-focused approach to developing new products that investors and traders rely on is made possible through the collaboration of the firm’s investment consultants, product development teams, client research and user testing.

“Client input and feedback helps us design the innovative products and tools we offer to power their success,” said Wells. “Our goal is to highlight that Scottrade’s solutions are moving at the same speed they are.”

The Scottrade® Mobile App, which delivers information needed for traders to quickly make decisions, was released in late 2013 for AndroidTM, iPhone® and iPad®, has been downloaded nearly 630,000 times.

The campaign was created by Scottrade in partnership with creative consultant St. Louis-based Cannonball Advertising and Promotion and was produced by The Big Tree and MacGuffin Films. To see the commercials in the “Our Passion is to Power Yours” campaign, visit Scottrade’s YouTube channel. The commercials will begin airing in news, finance and sports media outlets this week.

In addition to the broadcast ads, Scottrade is promoting “Our Passion is to Power Yours” on its Facebook page and with its followers of @Scottrade on Twitter using the hashtag #PowerYourPassion.
