(NYSE: OPK) today announced that on May 5, 2014, the Eighth Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada in and for the County of Clark granted the Company's motion to dismiss the securities class action lawsuit brought against the Company on behalf of the shareholders of PROLOR Biotech, Inc. in connection with the acquisition of PROLOR by OPKO. The Court dismissed all claims as to all defendants including PROLOR and its former officers and directors asserted in the case without prejudice.
