CHAMPAIGN, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, the new real estate brokerage network operated by HSF Affiliates LLC, today announced that Prudential Snyder Real Estate has joined the brand and is operating as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Snyder Real Estate. The brokerage joins a growing roster of affiliates that have transitioned to the network since September. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices now accounts for nearly 28,000 agents and 750 offices in 37 states.
“We are proud and excited to join a company inspired by Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway corporation, which, according to Barron’s, is the world’s most respected company,” said Broker/Owner Steve Snyder. “Beyond this terrific brand, our transition positions us to serve clients more effectively with a powerful tool set that helps differentiate us in our market.”
Snyder Real Estate associates gain access to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ Global Network Platform – a comprehensive suite of online tools and resources – plus ongoing business consultation, professional education, marketing support and the Luxury Collection program that adds marketing clout to high-end listings. These resources will help extend the reach and efficiency of company agents, while enhancing the overall client experience, Snyder explained.
Snyder Real Estate associates commemorated their transition today with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and luncheon at their Champaign office. “It is hard to describe how excited we are for the transition,” said Julie Roth, managing broker of Snyder Real Estate’s Champaign office. “We consider our new brand a game-changer that will provide our agents with even more distinction in the marketplace. Consumers will embrace Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices as it stands for quality and is built on values of trust, integrity, stability and longevity. Top agents will want to represent a brand whose namesake is one of the world’s most trusted and respected corporations.”
Stephen Phillips, president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, welcomed the brokerage. “We are pleased Steve, Julie and the team are launching a new era with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices,” he said. “Snyder Real Estate is well known and respected for its sound guidance and customer care. It will be a terrific brand ambassador.”
