BOULDER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IMM, an independent full-service digital advertising agency, is expanding its management team with two key hires: Ian Woods as Chief Engagement Officer and Sean Baker as SVP, Client Services. These appointments are part of IMM’s overall expansion plans to grow market presence, brand equity and innovative practice areas.
Woods is tapped to oversee Sales, Marketing and Communications, build out new practice areas and accelerate the role of technology for IMM and its clients.
Baker’s deeply rooted expertise in strategy and execution will be tapped to expand the client service team, continuing to cement IMM as a trusted business partner to clients.

Prior to joining IMM, Woods served as Chief Strategy Officer at Annalect Group (an OmnicomMedia Group company) and Vice-President at RAPP. While at Annalect Group Ian led marketing, product development and strategy and was instrumental in launching a distributed work force framework. At RAPP, Ian was responsible for his clients’ overall interactive marketing strategy and implementation. Woods also led major analytics initiatives around data modeling, behavioral targeting, real-time segmentation and tiered life-cycle automation. Prior to joining RAPP, Woods was an Account Director at Planning Group International (SapientNitro) on Citibank, Celebrity Cruise Lines, MasterCard and others. He received his B.S. in Graphic Arts and Minor in Psychology from Sacred Heart University.
Prior to IMM, Baker spent more than 15 years providing account leadership across a range of verticals including CPG, Airline, Hospitality, and Consumer Finance. His clients have included: AT&T, Gatorade, Anheuser Busch, Southwest Airlines, Hyatt Hotels, Office Depot, Nationwide, General Mills, P&G and Nissan. He previously held management positions at Zimmerman Advertising (an OmnicomMedia Group company); Merkle, Inc.; Targetbase and Dieste Harmel & Partners, among others. Baker has managed brand development, broadcast, CRM and digital marketing practices. Prior to entering into marketing and advertising, Baker was a practicing attorney. He received his undergraduate degree from McMurry University and his JD from OCU School of Law.
