2014 BIO International Convention Buzz of BIO Winners Announced

Recognizing highly innovative companies in the biotech sector

WASHINGTON--()--The Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO) is pleased to announce the winners of the 2014 BIO International Convention® Buzz of BIO contest, recognizing highly innovative companies in the biotech sector. The Convention attracts the biggest names in biotech, regularly draws 15,000 attendees, offers key networking and partnering opportunities, and provides insights and inspiration on major trends affecting the industry.

More than 40 companies participated in this year’s competition and over 8,000 votes were tallied in all. Due to this record-breaking number of votes, two winners will be recognized from each of the two categories: Pipelines of Promise and Technologies of Tomorrow.

Winners will receive one complimentary Convention Access and Partnering registration to the BIO International Convention™, which includes access to the BIO Business Forum™, the BIO One-on-One Partnering™ system, as well as a 15-minute company presentation spot.
