Thigpen comes to North Plains as a proven and innovative strategic business executive with over 25 years of experience driving the rapid and sustained growth of leading communications, professional services, and technology organizations. Her comprehensive operational and profit building experience was gained through leadership accountabilities in strategic planning, customer management, new business incubation, product innovation, business operations, and lifecycle management in her highly successful career with two Fortune 500 companies and a Big Four accounting firm.
