Tyler’s Incode 2014 Excellence Award winners are the city of Ridgeland, Mississippi, and the city of Dunwoody Municipal Court in Georgia. Ridgeland, with a population of approximately 24,000, received the award for using Incode and Tyler Content Manager to replace paper-based processes, creating approximately $50,000 in personnel-related savings and freeing up storage space by digitizing three years of paper records. Dunwoody is a northern suburb of DeKalb County and has a population of more than 46,000.
Tyler’s Eagle 2014 Excellence Award winner is Washoe County, Nevada, for its out-of-the-box workflow software solution for Eagle Recorder that resulted in reduced labor costs for the county and improved customer service. Washoe County has a population of approximately 421,000 and its county seat is Reno.

- Realizing significant savings after implementing a Tyler product
- Increasing staff productivity by implementing a Tyler product
- Empowering employees, citizens or vendors
Tyler Excellence Award winners were honored on Monday, April 14, at Tyler’s Connect 2014 user conference, where they were presented with the awards. Winners were also offered an expense-paid trip to the conference.
