CONCORD, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fortiline Waterworks (Fortiline), one of the largest waterworks distributors in the United States, today announced the opening of its newest branch. The branch will be located in Nashville, Tenn., and will service Central Tennessee and Southern Kentucky. With this addition, Fortiline now has 32 distribution branches in 11 states.
Mike Swedick, COO of Fortiline stated, “We have been looking to expand into Tennessee for years and this move allows us to fill one of the gaps we have in our footprint. We were fortunate to have the opportunity to hire Brett Young, with 17 years of waterworks experience, to manager our growth in this region. Brett will oversee the opening and management of this branch, as well as our growth opportunities in the future. Fortiline will use this branch as a foundation to expand its footprint into the south central portion of the country.”
Tim Tysinger, Fortiline President and CEO stated, “We have plans to expand in a number of areas this calendar year. In January we opened two new branches, one in Haymarket, Va., to cover the Northern Virginia market and another in San Antonio, Texas, to add to our coverage in Texas region. As the economy recovers we continue to see more and more opportunities to increase our market reach.”
“Fortiline is successful because of our people, and we continue to attract the very best in the industry,” Swedick added.
