JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Six employees of The Main Street America Group received the super-regional property/casualty insurance carrier’s highest honor when they were inducted into its prestigious Circle of Excellence at a recent ceremony in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.
The diverse group of winners was selected for their individual accomplishments and significant contributions to Main Street America’s strong 2013 performance, which included surpassing $1 billion in written premium for the first time in the company’s 90-year history, generating net income of $57.1 million and increasing surplus by $134.4 million (15.9 percent growth year-over-year) to $981.3 million.
This year’s Main Street America Circle of Excellence honorees are:

- Brit Turner, manager, corporate planning and analysis, financial services, Jacksonville, Fla.
