SunCoke Energy Partners, L.P. Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Units

LISLE, Ill.--()--SunCoke Energy Partners, L.P., (NYSE: SXCP) announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 2,800,000 common units representing limited partner interests at $29.03 per common unit. The offering is expected to close on April 30, 2014.

SXCP intends to use a portion of the proceeds received from this offering to fund the cash consideration to be paid in connection with its acquisition of an additional 33 percent ownership interest in each of its Haverhill and Middletown cokemaking facilities and to repay certain debt assumed from its sponsor, SunCoke Energy, Inc. (NYSE: SXC), as part of this acquisition.

Barclays Capital Inc., BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Wells Fargo Securities, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are serving as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering.
