Insignia by City Ventures Features Inspired New Residences in the Most Desirable Settings in California; Insignia Offers Homeowners Exceptional Personalization and Customization Opportunities

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--()--Newport Beach-based homebuilder City Ventures has announced Insignia, a new luxury boutique development and homebuilding division that will focus on premier land locations in California. Currently, Insignia is comprised of five communities: The Ambassador Gardens (Pasadena), MAINHOUSE (Encinitas), Anson Pointe (Moorpark), Waterhouse (Carlsbad), as well as a future development in Alhambra. The flagship project for Insignia – The Ambassador Gardens – opened in Fall 2013 with its first collection of homes, ten Craftsman-style townhomes and flats called The Bungalows. Prices for The Bungalows begin from the $1.5 millions. The Ambassador Gardens is scheduled to commence pre-sales on its second enclave, The Grove, this spring.
