The promotions represent the company’s commitment to the growth and positioning of Pacific Union as a national, full service lender and servicer.

Bill Berg joins Pacific Union Financial, LLC as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer responsible for the company’s Information Technology team. Mr. Berg has over 20 years of management experience in the mortgage industry with expertise in building processes and systems as well as mortgage support and servicing.
Mr. Berg has held several senior management positions with Owen, Wilshire (now Seterus) and Wingspan Portfolio Advisors where he served as Chief Technology Officer. With his many accomplishments, Mr. Berg brings to Pacific Union a proven track record of innovative process improvement, efficiencies in system work flow and building highly productive teams.
James Wyble joins Pacific Union Financial, LLC as Executive Vice President and Wholesale Production Channel Manager and is responsible for the eight regions that comprise the Wholesale lending channel as well as the Wholesale operations team. Mr. Wyble has over 25 years of management experience in financial services, including Wholesale, Correspondent and Retail mortgage lending.
Mr. Wyble has held several senior management positions with Wells Fargo and Capital One, including Managing Vice President - Home Loans, Senior Vice President - Home Equity/Vice President Strategic Initiatives and Senior Vice President - Institutional Lending. His leadership and strategic planning strengths were rewarded numerous times while at Wells Fargo and he is credited with doubling market share for the Wholesale lending channel over a five year period. With his many accomplishments, Mr. Wyble brings to Pacific Union a proven methodology for managing a growing business channel while maximizing profit and efficiencies.
Mike Tague joins Pacific Union Financial, LLC as the West Division Manager for Wholesale Lending and is responsible for the Mountain, Pacific Northwest and California regions. Mr. Tague brings to Pacific Union a strong background of more than 20 years in Wholesale lending with senior sales management roles with Interbank Mortgage Company, PMAC Lending Services and Security National Mortgage Company.
John Murphy joins Pacific Union Financial, LLC as Internal Sales Manager for the Wholesale lending channel and will focus on the reactivation of accounts across the country. Mr. Murphy has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including Wholesale, Retail and Correspondent lending. He owned his own real estate company and has held several sales management positions, including EVP Retail and Wholesale lending at Beneficial Finance.
Joe Simonoko joins Pacific Union Financial, LLC as Wholesale Regional Manager for the Southeast and South Central regions. Mr. Simonoko previously held sales management positions at First Union, LoanCity and most recently at SunTrust Mortgage Corporation, where he served as Eastern Division Manager. Mr. Simonoko is a 27 year veteran of the Wholesale lending industry.
Tom Lange has more than 25 years of experience in the Mortgage, Banking and Consumer Finance industries. Mr. Lange brings his talents to Pacific Union Financial, LLC and is responsible for managing the Northern California Wholesale lending team. For the past 20 years, Mr. Lange has held several managerial and executive positions at Bank of America, GE Money and Nationstar Mortgage.
Kelly Daniels joins Pacific Union Financial, LLC as a Regional Manager for the Mountain Region. Mr. Daniels is an accomplished sales manager with over 22 years of experience in the mortgage industry with a focus in wholesale lending. Prior to joining Pacific Union, Mr. Daniels served two terms with Interbank Mortgage Company as the Western Regional Manager and Area Manager for the Southwestern markets. He also held sales management roles at Assurity Financial Services.
Jim Young joins Pacific Union Financial, LLC as Regional Manager for the Eastern region in the Wholesale lending channel. Mr. Young has over 26 years of mortgage industry experience with the last 15 years in key sales management roles with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
D.J. Ziggas has over 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry and Correspondent lending and joins Pacific Union Financial, LLC as East Division Manager for Correspondent lending. Prior to joining Pacific Union Financial, Mr. Ziggas was Regional Sales Manager and Key Account Manager in the Correspondent lending division of JP Morgan Chase and also served in Correspondent Regional Manager roles with Citi and Countrywide Home Loans.
Katherine Gardner has joined the Pacific Union Financial, LLC team as Vice President, Strategic Sales Program Manager and will be focusing on building the Non-Delegated Correspondent program. Ms. Gardner formerly served as First Vice President of Sales at NYCB Mortgage, leading the development of the non-delegated correspondent offering. She also held sales management roles with EverBank and Principal Residential Mortgage (acquired by Citi).
John Brumund has joined Pacific Union Financial, LLC as Vice President, Strategic Opportunities. Mr. Brumund has a diverse background in Retail, Wholesale and Mortgage Banking Technology with over 15 years of managerial experience in the mortgage industry. Mr. Brumund comes from First Mortgage Corporation where he served as National Production Director of both the Retail and Wholesale channels. He has also served in sales management roles with Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG), SunWest Mortgage Group and Home Savings of America.
Glo Blue has joined Pacific Union Financial, LLC as Director of Talent Acquisition and Recruiting. She has over 21 years of Recruiting and Human Resources experience with a strong focus in the mortgage arena, and is responsible for national recruiting for fast growing Pacific Union. Ms. Blue was formerly with Sierra Pacific Mortgage where she held the position of National Recruiter. She held similar roles with MetLife, JP Morgan Chase, Washington Mutual and Bank of America.
