(trading symbol on the TSX Venture Exchange: VV) (“Versatile” or the “Company”) today announced that it has appointed Vicki Turjan as chief financial officer. Turjan will lead the company’s finance and administrative teams and will execute financial strategies to enhance Versatile’s growth and increase operational efficiencies.

During her service with the company, Turjan was named one of Pennsylvania’s Best 50 Women in Business for her outstanding professional and personal accomplishments.
Kahn also thanked Kelley Boyer, previous interim chief financial officer, for her service and said she will continue to work with the company as a financial advisor.
