(NYSE: QTWO), a provider of secure virtual banking solutions, today announced that the underwriters of its recently completed initial public offering have exercised in full their option to purchase an additional 1,164,131 shares of common stock from Q2 to cover over-allotments. The sale of these additional shares of common stock closed earlier today, following the closing on March 25, 2014 of the sale of 6,250,000 shares by Q2 and 1,510,870 shares by selling stockholders. As a result, Q2 has received aggregate net proceeds, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, of approximately $86.4 million.
