PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tripwire, Inc., a leading global provider of risk-based security and compliance management solutions, today announced that Robert Arms has joined the company as vice president of midmarket enterprise sales.
In his new role, Arms will lead Tripwire’s efforts to expand its market presence with midmarket enterprise customers who currently comprise over half of Tripwire’s customer base. Tripwire also counts nearly half of the Fortune 500 as customers.

Arms brings over twenty-five years of technology sales experience to his new position. In his previous role with Intuit, Arms focused on creating and championing high performing teams that consistently met all goals and achieved double-digit sales growth. In addition, his teams built strategic partnerships and provided solutions-based customer service. Prior to Intuit, Arms was vice president of software sales for Hewlett-Packard Co. for the Americas. Arms holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wittenberg University and resides in Portland, Oregon.
