In connection with the offering, Luxor has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 300,000 shares of Class A Common Stock. The Company will not sell any shares in this offering or receive any portion of the proceeds from this offering.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC will act as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering, and Moelis & Company LLC and Comerica Securities, Inc. will act as co-managers for the proposed offering.
