Dell to Announce Fiscal 2014 Q4 Financial Results April 1

ROUND ROCK, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dell will release its Fiscal 2014 Q3 financial results to current and prospective qualified institutional debt investors April 1, 2014. The company plans to report results confidentially to this group on a quarterly basis.

Dell also will conduct a confidential conference call for debt investors April 1 at 11 a.m. CDT to provide management’s perspective and respond to questions regarding the results.
