FORT MYERS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Fort Myers office of Roetzel & Andress LPA, is pleased to announce that Noel J. Davies has joined the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group as an associate. Mr. Davies, a Fort Myers, Florida native, will focus his practice on zoning and land use matters, as well as commercial litigation. Prior to joining Roetzel, Mr. Davies was a litigator at Childress Duffy, Ltd. in Chicago, Illinois, where his practice involved the representation of clients throughout the United States in first party and commercial general liability insurance coverage and bad faith disputes, broker and producer liability, and construction defect litigation.
Mr. Davies is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Illinois. He earned his J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law, cum laude, where he served as Research Assistant to Dean Donald J. Weidner, was a member of the Journal of Land Use & Environmental Law, and was Vice President of the Dispute Resolution Society. Prior to law, Mr. Davies was an international concert pianist with performances in Ireland, Spain, China, and throughout North America. He earned his B.M. from the University of Florida, cum laude, in Piano Performance and pursued graduate studies at the Royal Irish Academy of Music with internationally acclaimed concert pianist, John O’Conor.
