WESTERLY, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Washington Trust Bancorp, Inc., (NASDAQ Global Select®; symbol: WASH), today declared a quarterly dividend of 29 cents per share for the quarter ending March 31, 2014. This represents a two-cent increase over the dividend paid last quarter and is the Corporation’s third consecutive quarterly dividend increase. The dividend will be paid April 11, 2014 to shareholders of record on April 01, 2014.
