LOWELL, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. (“JBHT” or “Company”) announced today the Company completed the sale of $500 million of long-term public financing, with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Goldman, Sachs & Co., and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC as joint bookrunners. The public offering consisted of $250 million of five-year senior fixed rate notes at 2.40% and $250 million of ten-year senior fixed rate notes at 3.85% in connection with its long-term financing strategy. Proceeds are expected to be used to repay certain outstanding indebtedness and for general corporate purposes. These senior notes are unsecured obligations of the Company and will rank equally with all of the Company’s existing unsecured obligations.
