LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, Navigant (NYSE: NCI) announced the addition of four senior professionals to its Disputes & Investigations (D&I) practice in London, strengthening its existing team and enhancing the Firm’s presence in the UK. The new professionals have capabilities in forensic accounting, investigations, and litigation support and will assist clients with commercial disputes, securities litigation, international arbitration and forensic investigation matters.

Steve specialises in criminal fraud and financial investigation, having acted for numerous corporate clients in investigations of alleged fraud and accounting irregularity and breakdown. He has also acted in the defense of individuals charged with serious fraud and money laundering offences. He has provided expert evidence in disputes covering a broad range of business sectors, including oil & gas, metals, construction, property, manufacturing, hotels, retail and financial services. Steve joins the firm from Grant Thornton.
Mark Taylor, Managing Director – Shipping and Commercial Disputes Expert
Mark is an experienced fraud and accounting investigator and has acted as an expert witness and as an advisor on a broad range of disputes across Europe, USA, the Middle East, North Africa and South East Asia. Mark joins Navigant from Mazars and has considerable experience in assessing the quantum of loss in complex disputes and opining on accounting and financial issues, particularly in relation to shipping matters.
Premjit Dass, Director – Financial Investigations and Anti-Corruption Expert
With significant experience in anti-bribery and corruption gained from his time at KPMG and FTI, Premjit has provided forensic accounting services to his clients requiring assistance with anti-corruption and fraud investigations, risk assessments, commercial litigation and arbitration, valuations and disputes. He has also worked on a number of large anti-money laundering matters, establishing best practice around policy and procedure review and preventative awareness training for financial services firms and compliance staff.
Graham Hain, Director – Post Transaction Disputes Expert
Graham specialises in forensic accounting and commercial disputes, particularly post-acquisition disputes and data breach investigations. He has acted as an expert witness and has provided expert testimony in the Civil and Criminal Courts of the United Kingdom.
