Leveraging Nexthink’s new Integration Toolkit, the integration will help IT departments maximize the value of their Matrix42 implementations by improving Incident Management.
The integration of Nexthink Matrix42 Workplace Management provides real-time analytics covering end-user activity, endpoint performance and IT service issues, from within the Matrix42 console. Nexthink analytics helps Service Desk workers provide proactive end-user support, streamlines application and patch delivery, and enables error-free workplace transformation and virtualization projects. The access to real-time analytics will enable Service Desk workers to easily categorize an incident and either assign it to the relevant role/department or immediately resolve it, to improve the quality of service for incident, problem and change management.
