Scottrade Honored as a J.D. Power 2014 Customer Champion

Investing services company recognized for exceptional client service among elite group of 50 U.S. companies

ST. LOUIS--()--Scottrade, Inc., a leading investing services company, was recognized as a 2014 Customer Champion—one of only 50 companies to have earned the honor this year.

To qualify for inclusion on this elite list, companies must excel, not only within their own industry, but also among the nine industries included in J.D. Power’s Customer Champions analysis.

To identify the 2014 Customer Champions, J.D. Power evaluated more than 600 brands based on customer opinions and perceptions gathered primarily from J.D. Power’s syndicated research in 2013. The 50 companies selected represent the highest-performing U.S. companies that deliver service excellence both within their respective industry and across the nine industries measured.

Scottrade has the largest branch network among online investing firms with more than 500 branch offices to provide face-to-face support. The branch offices are staffed with investment consultants that spend time helping clients use Scottrade’s tools and resources to reach long-term financial success. And behind the scenes, associates gather client feedback to improve Scottrade’s products and services, further advocating for clients’ needs.

Scottrade also ranked “Highest in Investor Satisfaction with Self-Directed Services” in the 2013 J.D. Power Self-Directed Investor Satisfaction StudySM. Last month, StockBrokers.com named the firm Best in Overall Client Experience for the third consecutive year. Scottrade also earned 4 out of 5 stars for its in-person service and 4.5 out of 5 stars for customer service and education in the most recent Barron’s Annual Online Broker Review.
