NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hessen Trade & Invest (HTAI) will join top information security professionals and business leaders from all over the world at the RSA in San Francisco, CA, during February 24-28, 2014. The conference is a convergence of leading security industry professionals who come together to share insider knowledge, business-critical issues, and gain advice from leading information security experts. Discussion topics range from securing IP and privacy to the latest in emerging threats and human element vulnerabilities. In addition, 350+ exhibitors will showcase the latest technological solutions and offer demonstrations of their technology.
Kristina L. García, Managing Director, Hessen Trade & Invest (HTAI), will meet with executives at the RSA to introduce the strategic advantages of doing business in the state of Hessen. HTAI provides cost-free services such as information on doing business in Germany and potential sites, and introductions to research institutions, industry networks, companies and government agencies.
Hessen, Europe’s High-Tech Hub with 10,300 ICT firms and over 100,000 employees, located mostly in Darmstadt, Frankfurt and Wiesbaden, is an ideal location to establish a foreign subsidiary. Since 2008, the Hessen state government has funded CASED (Center for Advanced Security Research Darmstadt, a center of excellence for IT security R&D, executed by the Technical University of Darmstadt, the Fraunhofer SIT (Fraunhofer Institute for Secure Information Technology and the College of Applied Science Darmstadt, and companies such as Intel Corporation and Software AG.
